I'm RICHARD FLOWERS. I've lived on the Isle of Dogs for 30 years.

I absolutely believe the people of the East End are the best in the world, who work hard and care for each other, and deserve the chance to prove it, to live their best lives. 

I believe in empowering people, not bossing them about. That is why I'm a Liberal Democrat.

I believe we should hold the powerful to account, and not give in to bullies.

That's why I've campaigned for the rights of migrants, and EU citizens. That's why I've campaigned for the rights of leaseholders. That's why I've campaigned for gay rights, and trans rights. That is why I'm a Liberal Democrat.

I believe in you. I believe in giving you a fair deal. It's time we made a fresh start. Together.
